Arsenal suffers the same problem as Man Utd. Unable to sign a decent replacement for an extremely successful manager. Arteta and Emery just don't cut it.
Both clubs have quality players but the manager needs to make them gel collectively.
It happens to the top clubs.
We saw Liverpool go through this problem when Dalglish left suddenly.
But the depths that ManU and Arsenal have sunk to is pretty bad.

Jose Mourinho has transformed Spurs from the attacking football team they were to a counter attacking defensive oriented team.
It is working well. Expect Spurs to be challenging for the title this year. They may win it.
The strategy is good in a season where games are coming fast and furious. Spurs players dont run as much. So they dont tire as much. Son and Kane can conserve their energy and time their runs with all they have.

Jose is still very impressive as the wily old fox of a coach. He was also smart to come up with controversial antics and comments post match to draw attention away from the team's loss.
This is one of the most interesting EPL seasons.
