Couple Of Predictions:

1. At least Zinedine Zidane will be respected by the Real Madrid players for his footballing achievements. Some of the Real Madrid players would have known that Benitez was only a Real Madrid youth player, while some of the Valencia players would not have heard of Gary Neville's footballing achievements, despite him being in the same teams as Cristiano Ronaldo.

2. My managerial crystal ball tells me that Neville will be replaced by Valencia's former La Liga winning manager Benitez in the future.

Fat Ass Waiter : Hey Aurelio, i am available again

De Laurentiis : But u got fired by Perez and u see Napoli no up

A Fat Spanish Waiter.
But Zinedine Zidane? He has as much top flight managerial experience as.............................................Gary Neville.

One of the best matches of the season!

Newcastle 3-3 Man Utd

Drew 3 -3 against strugglers Magpies after taking the lead in the first half. Man Yoo is not so boring after all as claimed by critics.

Regular Arsenal critics Roy Keane and Paul Scholes have remained silent. What happened???

Whether we can beat Liverpool under Klopp is anybody's guess. Ball is round.

Jose Mourinho has undertaken a deep and detailed charm offensive to finally convince Manchester United he is the man to be their next manager, sources have told ESPN FC.

Conscious of opposition to his appointment among some of the Old Trafford hierarchy, Mourinho has written a six-page letter explaining how much he desires the job and would be willing to conform to club principles, as well as offering a detailed plan for the team, sources say.
The manager's agent Jorge Mendes released a statement on Saturday night denying Mourinho had written a letter.

"It doesn't cross anyone's mind that a manager such [as] Jose Mourinho is writing letters to clubs, asking for a job," Mendes wrote. "It's ridiculous and absolutely nonsense."

United's under-pressure manager Louis van Gaal lost his sixth league game of the season on Saturday, 1-0 at home against Southampton, and there is now a widespread feeling he will go in the summer, if not before then.

Mourinho, who sources said is "relaxed" about his future, was himself sacked by Chelsea in December after a dismal start to the season, but he immediately targeted United as his next job -- one he has reportedly long desired.
His representatives got in touch with the Old Trafford hierarchy very quickly last month, but there is still existing opposition to hiring him, though some board members are more open to appointing him than when Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013, sources say.

Some power-brokers at United still believe Mourinho's history of controversy, defensive football and hesitance to promote academy players do not fit with the club's ideals.

Mourinho is aware of this and sources say this is one reason he has taken the extraordinary step of writing a lengthy letter describing how much he wants the job, with forensic analysis of the team.

I've posted the UK Independent article under the Man Utd thread in the Sports folder.

Chelsea is so desperate. Gosh! Conte

Chelsea turn to Conte

Chelsea have made Italy head coach Antonio Conte their top managerial target, as they look to secure a long-term replacement for Jose Mourinho, when Guus Hiddink ends his spell as interim boss.

Hopefully Man City will win all 4 trophies, and this would make Pellegrini in great demand, put huge pressure on Pep and make Man City owners look silly.

BBC Sports reporting that Pep Guardiola will be manager of Man City for next season.

Manuel Pellegrini will leave at the end of the season. The irony of all this is that they could still win four trophies this year including UEFA Champions League.

Yes, Pellegrini deserves better than to be informed in this manner at this point in the season.

Guardiola says he wants a challenge. Instead of coaching the likes of Barcelona, Bayern and now Man City why doesn't he opt for Norwich, Newcastle or Aston Villa?
Now that would be a real challenge.

Yeah, so-called star managers like Pep, LVG, Mourinho and Ancelotti are all wimps. Only know how to manage top teams like Barca, Bayern Munich, Man City, Ajax, Man Utd, Chelsea, Inter, AC Milan, Real Madrid, etc. They should try managing clubs like Norwich, Hoffenheim, Crapi err, I mean Carpi or Levante to prove their worth.
