Lee Jinglei Says She Will Provide Police With Proof Of Yumi Bai’s Affair With Wang Leehom After Yumi Files Police Report Against Rumour Mongers
It's safe to say that all the internet is talking about today is Lee Jinglei’s damning exposé on her ex-husband Wang Leehom. The 35-year-old mother-of-three's Weibo post detailed the abuse, manipulation, habitual cheating and lies that shaped her 19-year relationship with the 45-year-old superstar.
A big part of the tell-all revolved around Leehom's multiple sex partners, some of whom are celebs too. One of Leehom's 'friends with benefits' was described to have sent him nudes on his birthday and had also affectionately referred to the singer as ‘Hom Hom’ in an IG post.
Is 'Hom Hom' a common nickname for Leehom?
While Jinglei didn’t specifically mention who she was talking about, resourceful netizens say that BY2’s Yumi Bai, 29, had called Leehom that exact nickname on Instagram before. The Singaporean pop star has since been attacked by netizens for allegedly having an affair with him.
In response, Yumi lodged a police report against netizens spreading that rumour in the wee hours of this morning (Dec 18).
She also posted her reaction to the allegations on Weibo, writing: “Words are powerful, the mass spreading of rumours can distort the truth and what people say can kill others. I’m sorry to have bothered the police in the middle of the night.”
Jinglei's response to Yumi's police report show she's not pulling any punches
Then came Jinglei's response.“Please give me the contact information of the police and I’ll provide them with evidence, thanks," she wrote, more or less confirming that Yumi was the woman who was sleeping with her ex-husband when they were still married.
Not only did Jinglei post this as a comment on Yumi’s Weibo post, she also shared it on her own account. You know, basically showing Yumi who's boss now.
