The overpaid ministars have already met to address the problem of young Singaporeans spending more than what they earn and ending up in debt.

It took them many days of "brain"storming, countless cups of coffee, lots of "what do you think" among one another and numerous occasions of stating the obvious and making motherhood statements before they finally agreed upon a brilliant solution - "Licensed Moneylenders"
