Singapore security guards only know how to bully good people. Take this as example, a homeless guy was sleeping on the bench at 2:00am.
This guy did nothing and never damage public property but this sohai security guard deprived him from sleeping.

An 80-year-old security officer was punched in the face by a man while patrolling in Bedok, after he told the man that sleeping on public benches was not allowed.

It said Mr Kwek Moh Chai had been deployed in a public area in Bedok Central when he noticed a man sleeping on a public bench at about 2am.

“(He) duly informed the man, who obliged and left,” the post said.

However, as Mr Kwek continued patrolling, he saw the same man sleeping on a bench again and approached him a second time.

Good evening guys. I hope you can seriously look into these assaults against security officers. They are soft targets and more needs to be done to protect them. They are neither armed nor trained extensively in self defence but are a vital cog in our national defence and community security. Please do something before someone gets really hurt, disabled or even killed in the line of work. No words and actions will be able to compensate for the loss to victims' families.
On a side note: I hope I am mistaken but Brother, Brother, Bro culture in Security Industry/Union seems to be a norm but why exclude the Indian guy. He not Brother enough is it? Please clarify and clear the air and avoid misunderstanding. Thank you and have a great day.
