Too old.

Football talents must be scouted from boys who are 4-5 years old, and from 5-8 years old they must be rigorously trained by good instructors in established footballing academies (e.g. La Masia of FC Barcelona). They must live there in the football academy and immerse in their culture.

It is important to start young, because once the boy reaches his teens, bad footballing habits cannot be easily corrected. Basic things such as dribbling, passing/crossing, shooting, tackling, heading, first touch, trapping the ball etc.

Becoming a professional footballer is much more than just some fanciful ball juggling skills.

First you need to send the boy to La Masia and the people there will coach him and feed him growth hormones.

The fucked up Ass-League coaches will never develop him to his full potential.

Boss, La Masia is good but I don't like Tiko Tikum. I prefer Samba football, notably Santos FC that produced Ganso, Diego, Neymar, Robinho, Elano, Pele etc.

Don't mean you send children to oversea football schools will become superstar . China send their best group of children to Brazil in late 90 . The only guy who become something is Li Tie who play for Everton .
