SINGAPORE: A 35-year-old man has been charged with hacking the website belonging to Ang Mo Kio Town Council. James Raj Arokiasamy is accused of doing so from a unit in Dorchester Apartment at Jalan Sri Hartamas in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 28 at about 1.35pm.
