As for me,I would not rate PAP to such level,even for Chairmman Mao,it was rated by commies as 70/30%,70% positive contributions,I would rate him fairly as 51/49%,positive 1% above negative.
For PAP aka LKY,it is still early days,but as a citizen,I want all round improvements in this little red dot.
