If you look at the 2 pictures.
1 is her face on the direction of the hdb flat while another 1 is away from hdb flat.
This means she is still conscious to move.
In such case why the Smrt desi just let her lie there? I think becos she is sare sare on drugs. If is other kind of fainting the desi will be besides her and sayang her until medical team arrives.
Second foto lie down on side is to prevent vomit etc from choking the win pipe.

SINGAPORE — Transport operator SMRT is assisting the police with investigations after a commuter attempted to pry open a train door on Wednesday (Nov 29).
In response to CNA's queries on Saturday, SMRT Trains president Lam Sheau Kai acknowledged there are "several videos circulating on social media showing the same commuter attempting to pry open a train door".

The police also confirmed on Saturday that a report was lodged and investigations are ongoing.
On the incident, Mr Lam said SMRT station staff were alerted at about 1pm on Wednesday to "a male commuter who was in a dress deliberately trying to force open the train door while a train was about to move off".
"This action endangers the safety of the commuter as well as others on the train," he added.
In one of the videos, another man tried to intervene after the commuter managed to open the train door slightly while the MRT train was in motion.
Pictures circulating on social media subsequently showed the commuter lying on the station platform floor, with Public Transport Security Command (TransCom) officers in close attendance. CNA understands that the platform was at Ang Mo Kio station.

Mr Lam said its station staff entered the train to investigate the matter, but the commuter was "uncooperative and turned aggressive".
He added that the commuter also resisted attempts by station staff when advised to leave the train so that other commuters could continue with their journeys.
"We take a very serious view of such behaviours and TransCom was activated and arrived on site. We are assisting the police in their investigations." CNA

CNA needs to be taken to task for misgendering this person. It could well be a criminal offense.
