1. The RC/TC usually will charge an arm and leg for the rental of space to the event organisers.

2. The setup of tentage and setup for the venue will also be an arm and leg

3. venue organiser will then charge a premium to the rental of space

4. the stall owners will mark up even more to the kum gong people.

so best is not to buy anything at these pasar malam.
