这起车祸发生在星期三（4月3日）下午3时50分，地点在四美道和樟宜路上段的交界处。
女伤者的母亲安儿（40岁，行政人员）受访说，18岁女儿和男性友人当时从工艺教育东区学院（ITE College East）走到交界处，一辆绿色汽车从樟宜路上段右转进入四美道时撞上他们。

“我女儿被撞倒在地上，她朋友的手肘则被汽车的侧镜打到。”

根据安儿提供的照片，肇祸的绿色汽车相信是私召车，汽车引擎盖有明显凹陷，而右边侧镜已脱落。

This kind of traffic rules is not fool proof. It puts enormous amount of stress on the driver as he needs to turn but must be wary of traffic and pedestrian.
