Man arrested for allegedly exposing his genitals to woman at New Upper Changi Road

A 35-year-old man was arrested last Tuesday (Mar 14) for allegedly exposing his genitals to a woman.
The police said they received a report about the case of sexual exposure along New Upper Changi Road on March 12, at around 5.25pm.
Through ground enquiries and with the aid of images from police and CCTV cameras, officers from Bedok Police Division established the man's identity and arrested him in the vicinity of New Upper Changi Road.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the man is also believed to be involved in at least two similar cases.
Police investigations are ongoing.
The offence of sexual exposure carries a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine or both.
The police said they will deal with sexual offenders who threaten the personal safety of others in the community sternly, in accordance with the law.
