in sillycon valley it’s legal to ride 2 abreast on a bike lane or right most lane of road if there’s no bike lane, but not on right lane of road if there’s already a designated bike lane. in this video there was a bike lane yet cyclists ignored it and rode on the right lane of road. for some errant and arrogant cyclists in sillycon valley, give them a dedicated bike lane as wide as a road lane plus poles and cones and hash marks to keep off motorists yet they want the whole road. very infuriating for drivers. luckily in sillycon valley, majority of cyclists confine themselves to the bike lane. only a fraction of the tdf wannabes flout the road rules.

these tdf wannabes are racing like they are as fast as cars thus they ride on roads and highways. pcn and bike lanes have too many other users that may impede their racing. for sg, if they wish to race they need to either shut down stretches of road for a racing event or build a dedicated racing track just for tdf wannabes and olympic cycling aspirants. it will take a horrific accident of 69 tdf wannabe cyclists’ deaths in a truck collision for authorities to ban bicycle racing on the roads.
