how to invade UK when the German Navy was so weak ???
land tens of thousands of soldiers by parachute ???...................tanks leh ???
assuming the RAF completely destroyed.................
It was a fight just across a channel, not an ocean. There was no need for big navy. The Germans had all the landing crafts and paratroopers ready. Their strategy was right, air raid the hell out of Britain and take out the RAF air cover. They learned their lesson from the successful British allies cross channel retreat from Dunkirk. However right the strategy was, there was no guarantee of successful outcome though, when titans clashed. In that case, RAF won, maintained air cover and superiority. There was no way for landing crafts to cross the channel without being sunk by bombs from the sky. There was no way for paratroopers to land without their planes being shot from the sky. Both sides, Britain and Germany, got their strategies right. It was a hard fight, the outcome is history.
