Depends on floor and size. Which floor/size are still available? Also, is that CS1 facing or johor straits view?

By T2 I believe Funniman is referring to Encorp Tower 2. This development is next to Imperia.

The UEM plot near CIQ is actually TM2 (not T2). I dont think this is launched yet.

Did anyone went to the MISS (Malaysian Investor in Singapore Soil) meeting yesterday (Wed 730 - 930pm )? Care to share?

During the SMART Expo, the speaker, Ryan did mention that he will share more on the future development Puteri Harbour and Medini.

Not sure whether they work for Mr Ho Chin Soon.. Previously, Mr Ho came down to Spore to speak a few times.

hi Funniman,

are the units marina facing ?

Encorp T2 block is perpendicular to the marina. So the frontage is facing Imperia. You can get to see the marina at a angle. But I am not too sure. You got to check it out yourself looking at the scale model. This sms was sent to me last night, I do not have other details.
