The area is low density, the FH estate consist of abt 160 units, not too congested, is quiet, serene, and clean. Opp is Cold Storage. When you shop there, it's like you are in another country, very few people, but don't worry, the supermarket upholds quality and freshness. There is also Subway sandwich shop. Nearby got Bedok food centre, and future MRT. Nearest MRT is Tanah Merah, it is near Bedok Camp, and very few buses ply the road since low density area.
Since it is 5-storey building, the monthly maintenance may be quite high, probably one lift serves only 10 households.
