1st step:
temporary turn on your smart phone dataplan, turn you smart phone into a portable wifi spot.
2nd step: now on your workstation, turn your wifi to connect to your smart phone dataplan(via portable wifi )
3rd step: proceed to download the file you want from ryushare.once your file start downloading,procced to step 4
4th step: now switch your wifi back to connect to your home broadband.your downloading file will be disrupted.
5th step: click resume download..and here you are bypass the IP restriction.
