I think hardcore porn is banned, but nudity or softcore exists on Youtube.com. I remember stumbling upon some video which requires user's agreement that I am above 18 years of age.

I suppose if a work serves little purpose other than to titillate and evoke sexual response (like cumming), it's pornography.
