Pretty sure China would not have fake milk powder if Kangxi was not angered by StewPig friars coming from the PeeLeePins. God is not necessary but Religion is to provide the peasants with a frame of reference. Imagine how is one going to have the time and energy much less intelligence to come up with one's personal moral system if one earns $1000 per month, have wife and kids and have to service HDB loan for inflated 2 room public flat?

Dun anyhow misinterpret God's words. When He says make babies He means more children, like Jesus loves all the children in this world. What talents?
Only 1% of the selfish population who hoarded 50% of the worlds resources disagrees with the notion of unrestricted procreation. Remember Vatican is loaded with Gold and Cash and Properties!
But with 7 billions and growing things are still looking good.
