SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for the public's help to find a man to assist in investigations into a loanshark harassment case.
The incident happened at Admiralty Drive on Jan 15.
He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, dark-coloured pants, black sandals and a pair of spectacles. He was carrying a dark brown sling bag.
