That's because US census shows 90% of all Americans live in urban and suburban. Agriculture also employs only 1% of the population. and there are farms all over the USA. There are farms in every US state including Hawaii and ice cold Alaska. I guess you didn't know that. For e.g. the state with the highest total agricultural export sales is California. The south esp Texas and NC are full of billionaires. TX is what NASA and the US oil industry is.
