If sinkapore believes in deterrence, then death penalty for all crimes would eliminate lots of them.

Why? If your goal is to eliminate crime and you believe that deterrence works, then impose the death penalty for ALL crimes and you will have NO crimes.

2. They change the ruling that all fixed deposit interest earned need not to be declared and taxed. This is to help the rich to keep what cash they have secret as any primary six kid can work the sums

3. They change the law and remove the Estate Duty Tax so that Mrs Lee and MM Lee and all others
that are filthy rich will save millions in taxes. BUT THE IMPORTANT THING ABOUT THIS CHANGE IS TO KEEP THEIR ENORMOUS WEALTH VERY SECRET. ( The last person to pay huge Estate Duty Tax was Ng Teng Fong. That year alone. we collected over $300 million in Estate Duty Tax )
So it is very evident that the ruling elite is selfish and they tweak and change rules to protect their

cheater(pleaded guilty) to court.
Imagine a Judge scolded me in mediator room, "He dont pay you, can or not'' ?...I was stunned.
