Not say you want to play striker or winger means you can get it. In organised formal teams, the coach decides. Even in neighbourhood kiddy footie without a coach, democratic consensus among teammates count. If most say you can't make it this or that, then cannot. There's nothing demeaning about being a goalkeeper. A good one can have his moments of glory too. But this one in the video certainly needs to revise his rules of the game. The ball isn't out until the referee blows.
