After much research and careful analysis, I have figured out the ideal long term eLEEte plan for this country.
1) Use their subtly and not so subtly manufactured policies to encourage everybody who isn't elite to emigrate or retire to JB
2) The elite will henceforth always vote for themselves and win all elections. Any election that is unwinnable for whatever reason (e.g. Tan Kin Lian standing as candidate) will be won by Electronic Voting Machine.
3) Replace everyone with cheapo FT to do the work.
4) Price everybody out of even HDBs so that these can be converted to foreign worker dorms. By making HDBs million dollar pigeonholes, people will be encouraged to sell and emigrate.
5) Use foreign tourists, business convention participants, casino visitors to bolster local economy.

The PAP's ideal future for Singapore: 6.5 million people:
2 million Banglas, 2 million PRCs, 0.5 million Pinoys, 0.5 million Indon, 0.5 million cheapo FT from other Asian countries.
0.5 million Angmoh FT employees who couldn't make it in their country but who have university degrees.
0.5 million elites, elite families, elite relatives, RC running dogs, mata poodles, civil serpent bootlickers.
The 0.5 million elites enjoys the fruits of labour from the 6 million employees.
Oh, where are the 'local sporns'? These peasants either got poisoned to death, retired in JB, or migrated!
