PAP MP's Family vs Bastard Child going to court

Newly minted PAP MP Foo Mee Har extended family on her husband Bernard Chan's side are taking Ms Wendy Chan, his half sister to court over things that are still hazy. The court hearing is scheduled for 23rd August and the PTC is on 14th August.

Mr Harold Chan, her biological father brought her home to live with his family and his wife, god bless her soul, took her in and treated her as her own daughter despite no blood ties. Harold a popular and lifely character passed away some time ago and the matriach is frail. The estate is beleived to be worth $23m.

Ms Chan was persuaded at the eve of her eviction (apparently the evening on her last day) to accept a sum to allow her to pay a deposit for a new home. She was also asked to agree to not seeking further amounts or to disclose her links to her family according to her. On the eve of eviction (last few housr) sounds like a vulnerable time for anyone. Not sure if the sum was sufficient but claims that she might have to live out of her van if her present situation deteriorates.

Bernard her half brother made the news at election time when it was revealed that Ms Foo's employer sued him for bankruptcy which was subsequently withdrawn.

Not sure if Harold and his wife would want Wendy to be cast aside when they are no longer around.

So far all the news is one sided and sounds like David (Wendy) vs Goliath battle. I do hope that she gets appropriate legal help and support in what must be a painful episode.

Richard Wan, Andrew Loh and company. Instead of Being suckered into ruining Ravi's career by KJ, might want to cover this story in order to bring the truth out in the open whereever it lies. A single woman, going to live out of a van, working part time seems vulnerable to me.

as i expected, a bunch of lies has been told about me and its going to be their word against mine, or rather my mothers word against mine.

apparently i DEMANDED money from my mother and was totally only interested in my father's will and the money.
apparently when u have no full time job and no big income, then cycling is a frivolous activity
apparently, one can only do charity work thru cycling, if one is holding down a full time job, because then one is leading a lazy lifestyle

who knows, i was probably trying to make a name for myself when i organised those charity projects
how dare I? since i didn't have a full time job and my parents were paying for my "lifestyle"

and apparently, im the only one who is a rude bitch to my mother

which lawyer is good enough to fight againstt lies and whch of our judges can see past the lies, instead of looking at the goodness of a person thru their bank acocunts and so called standing in society

being a rude bitch doesn't make one a liar

i have already returned some of the money i got, and the family and the lawyer are FULLY aware of my intention to return the total amount

the flat is already on the market, but obviously im not going to sell it at a loss, since i will have to make up the short fall myself

and when i say i am a bastard, i believe it is gramaticaaly correct in the english language, no swear word intended, especially since it is indeed a fact that i am a bastard, my mother and father never married


why is that so difficult for learned people to understand?

so read it , if you are interested, and say that i am an ungrateful bitch, who works as a pathetic waitress, or previously a pathetic swimming teacher, who cant earn "enough", who apparently is trying to punish her family, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND....

i firmly believe there will be ZERO justice in a court if its me versus them ( AG, this is my personal belief, pls don't come and sue me)

for the record, i didn't DEMAND any money, and part of what i got was supposed to be a loan
but in court, it will simply be : wendy is lying
and i never have, and am never so desperate to be a property owner... that bit is totally ludicrous that i was eying my father's will money to buy property...

oh and i have returned part of what i got with the intention of returning everything
he first payment was given to my mother by a cashiers order, so dunno how i can lie about that
