Anyway reported when all these issues occurred?

If during LBW's time, then she need to account why it was not raised and action taken. My guess is STTA is expecting this trio to win a medal in Rio Olympic, hence kept the issues under wrap, and hopefully turn a blind eye to it. When they came back empty handed, the can of beans is now spilled.

Then, since issues were know way back, the entire management from whichever President of STTA such case surfaced, down the line is suppressing the crime, which now itself is a question of integrity of people involved.
