Government Owned NTU (Nanyang Technological University) honored more than 100 pioneers on Saturday 17 October 2015. Among the pioneers was current Minister of State for Manpower, Mr Teo Ser Luck. Mr Teo received the Nanyang Distinguished Alumni Award. According to NTU, Mr Teo was given that award to recognize his efforts in helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) innovate and go global. e
