The quotation of resupply FGM-148 anti-tank missiles went up from US$70K per missile to US$240K per piece. Almost 400% increment. Obama govt is treating Taiwan as an arms sales milk cow, and desperately milking Taiwanese worse than how famiLEE LEEgime is milking Singaporeans?

Taiwan is sourcing from alternate sources and considering not to buy from the USA.

美軍售海削台？標槍飛彈飆4倍

美國對台軍售又把台灣當凱子削？國民黨立委帥化民二十二日透露，我國陸軍幾年前向美採購的標槍反裝甲飛彈（FGM-148），一枚當時售價七萬美金，未料海軍陸戰隊今年也計畫採購同型飛彈，美方報價每枚價格居然飆漲至二十四萬美金，前後落差高達近四倍之多。


海軍將領證實此事，美政府去年十月同意標槍飛彈對台軍售案後，日前已發給台灣軍方發價書，飛彈價格確實漲得不合理，因此我方目前還不願簽署。同時也發函美國國防部負責軍售的安合局給予合理說明，如果美方沒有合理解釋，我方一定拒買，絕對不會被當冤大頭。


將領表示，就算是原物料上漲或通貨膨脹，價格也不致落差這麼多。我方曾探詢他國採購價格，最高每枚也大約十幾萬美金，為降低價格，還準備與其他國家聯合採購以量制價，沒想到美方報價還更高，我方覺得很不可思議。


對於美國售台飛彈價格突然飆漲，帥化民認為，由於這是美政府對台的軍售案，因此並非軍火商從中介入牟利刻意拉抬價格。


他認為，從美國一再拖延售台F-16C/D、潛艦等武器，加上現在同意售台的飛彈價格又暴漲，內情可能沒這麼單純，他要求國防部進一步了解，美方是否有意藉哄抬價格讓台灣打退堂鼓，以逐步降低對台軍售的質量。


我國陸軍已在二○○五年向美順利採購四十套標槍反坦克飛彈系統、三百六十枚飛彈和模擬機和相關零件，當時總價五千一百萬美元。


陸軍隊今年也以「飛標計畫」為名，準備向美再採購十餘套標槍反裝甲飛彈系統，並編列四千七百萬美金預算，今年度已先編列兩千多萬的外購作業費，未料美方卻大幅漲價，軍購案可能因而胎死腹中。


標槍飛彈曾用於二○○三年的伊拉克戰爭，並對伊拉克坦克造成毀滅性打擊。我國陸軍獲得這型飛彈後，去年底曾在「天馬九十七號演習」中試射四枚，結果全數命中。

USA is ripping off Taiwan since they are now very hard up for $CASH$, and Taiwan is still having no choice but had to buy from the very limited choice of suppliers, since every country which tries to sell arms to Taiwan got fucked by Beijing.

Taiwanese ruling party KMT MP Lin is very mad over this against the Obama govt, he slammed that USA is mistreating Taiwan and plundering Taiwan as if it was a COLONY OF THE USA.

There is a very persistent and repetitive trend of RIP-OFF PRICE JACKING in recent years from the American arms sales, the legislator Lin said. Especially the USA supplier Jacked up their prices repeated AFTER Parliamentary Budget had already approved the purchase amount.

Another KMT MP Xuai also slammed that Black Hawk helicopters, submarines, F16, radars, jet engines & missiles etc were among the deals that he got pissed by the USA, and he is angry and wants his government to buy arms NOT FROM USA BUT RUSSIANS & PRC instead.

美售我直升機 又亂漲七億

我向美採購長程預警雷達、標槍飛彈等軍購案近來遭美坐地起價，國民黨立委林郁方昨天再爆，空軍採購三架救護直升機也被美無故漲價七億元；他並痛批近來美方不同廠商都為所欲為，簡直是把台灣當凱子和殖民地。林郁方呼籲台灣不僅要自己選擇要不要吃美國牛肉，還要自己決定是否向美買武器。


立法院外交及國防委員會二十六日審查九十九年度國防部公開預算，林郁方指出，空軍救護直升機我方原依美商報價，編列全案三十七億九千多萬元，但等到立法院在九十六年下半年通過預算後，美商卻突然要求增加十二億，經我方要求仍拒絕說明原因，後經空軍爭取打折僅漲七億，但還是漲得不合理。


國民黨立委帥化民也痛批說，近來美軍售台武器的漲價很詭異，黑鷹直升機該給發價書的不給，潛艦、F-16C/D該賣的也不賣，中科院需要的零件也沒有；他要求軍方和美打交道態度要硬一點，把台灣惹毛了，乾脆都去跟俄羅斯或中共買。


林郁方表示，近日不論是循軍售途徑的「長程預警雷達」，或循商售途徑的「空軍救護直升機」，都傳出美方在預算通過後，以種種理由要求大幅調增預算的情形，因此他提案凍結二分之一預算，以向美商傳達「中華民國不會任由美商予取予求」的訊息。


林郁方說，「空軍救護直升機」案從九十七迄今一共開標過五次，最後全都以流標收場，讓攸關我空軍飛行員和民眾生命的「救護直升機」進度一延再延；空軍參謀長葛熙熊則無奈說，此案月底就將開標，明年就必需支付美方採購金額，否則就將違約。


此外，空軍採購「魔法飛彈火箭推進器」預算五億元，也因幻象兩千戰機發動機問題無法根絕，導致飛行員每月飛行時數大幅下滑，預算也遭林郁方凍結一半，等國防部提出「幻象2000戰機發動機問題改善計畫」並向委員會報告後才准予動支。

Taiwan really got these money but they are spending on the WRONG suppliers. It is really RIP OFF. They should really buy from the Russians instead of the US. If I was in their shoes would had long ago abolished the US foul deals.

Taiwanese are not only paying through their noses, but they had been taken for a free ride by USA, they had been made suckers. Their military transport for even emergency reliefs and typhoon & quake rescues DON'T WORK and planes kept falling off the sky killing pilots and crews! They had a large fleet of jet grounded due to engine re-supplies and USA just kept milking the Taiwanese to deliberately cause supply problems exploiting Beijing as their excuses, and kept the Taiwanese from getting the needs fulfilled while squandering $billions after $billions.


Although not in exactly the same situations, I must tell Singaporeans that USA is a foul arms supplier, selling expensive and rather impractical arms via ridiculous deals, and Singapore SHOULDN'T BE BUYING ARMS from the USA either. Our tax dollars had been going towards the USA by $billions$ after $billions$ through the hands of PAP Ah Bengs - which are almost identical with the Taiwanese ministries officers and purchasers.

Identical with Taiwanese, the rotten cowards of famiLEE LEEgime are fearful of their own brother & neighbors, constantly feeling insecure and on the other hand foolishly worship western weapons and kept paying $billions$ after $billions$ of our TAX DOLLARS to the hands of American arms dealers. Essentially what they had been all doing all these years is to buy American arms to try to war with their own brothers and neighbors.

It is very lucrative to sell arms to these cowards and foolish suckers.

Ang Mohs had all these years been in Asia selling their EXPENSIVE & RATHER USELESS fighting toys to these egoistic and cowardly little Ah Bengs, for them to bring home to fight with their own brothers. Lee Kuan Yew the old dog thief is one such sucker along with his KMT Abangs aka the 蒋 famiLEE of ROC, kept suckup to USA and pay them $trillions$ to buy rotten Karanguni weapons. While Old Dog Theif Lee was trying to fight with Malaysia, Taiwanese are trying to fight PRC. None other then their own blood brothers.

幻象機問題多 還要買飛彈

〔記者許紹軒／台北報導〕幻象機專用的法製魔法飛彈逼近壽限，三年後將不堪使用，空軍參謀長葛熙熊昨表示，明年將採購飛彈火箭推進器，預計更新二百八十枚，第一批推進器卅六個月後到貨，第二批於七十二個月後到貨，全案經費五億元。


不過這筆預算卻遭到凍結一半的命運，立委認為幻象機因發動機問題導致妥善率低落，飛機不能飛，沒必要更新這麼多枚飛彈，要求國防部必須向委員會提出「幻象二千戰機發動機問題改善計畫」才准予動支。


立 法院昨審議明年度公開預算，空軍飛官的續服現役獎金成為立委質詢重點。林郁方說，獎金原本是六十萬元，九十六年取消，因此導致退伍飛官暴增為一百人，隔年 恢復發放卅六萬元，但限制只有「服役未超過廿年的中校以下飛官」才能領取，結果當年有高達五十六名飛官退伍。他要求軍方應立刻恢復六十萬元的獎金額度，國 防部人力司長趙克達表示已交由空軍司令部研議。


此外，國防部明年度起調漲官兵副食費二成，調整後的本、外、離島官兵平均每人每日主副食品及副食費約為九十二至一百廿六元。

Oh that's called the Arms Deal Kick-Backs, but those are already taken care of before the parliamentary budget figure so they are all in within the figures.:p That is called corruption built inside the budget. These are post budget stage delays and extortion purely from the USA side I am talking about.

To mention something about arms deal kick-backs, one of famiLEE LEEgime's chartered industries or ST arms dealer a year ago or so went to jail (for only slightly longer sentence than TT Durex) for some of these kick-backs. Yet recently they arrested one of the non-LEEgime arms dealer who is member of Reform Party, WAF!? I oppose that extradition to USA.
