Not sure if you have read what the complainants had written after the picture. She said it happened since Feb and no major work was done. She started complaining fortnightly since April till now.

From her description, I interpreted that the lift has broken down and has not been in operation since Feb but TC is saying that it is under servicing.

So if your interpretation now is that the lift has broken down and has not been in operation since Feb, why were you ranting about breakdown repairs?

If the lift has actually broken down and is under repair since Feb and the reason given was that it was under servicing (which is as shown by the complainant) then this is very wrong. TC is graded by the number of lift breakdowns and the duration. By reclassifying a lift breakdown that is under repair to that of a lift under servicing, it is a way to hide the actual number of days of lift breakdown. It is such practice that is causing all the lift problems as the true picture is not given in their performance records.

And what I am telling you is that your current interpretation of the events is with the benefit of hindsight and other people's deductions, because it does not make any sense when read in conjunction with your earlier posts #11 and #15.
