Leaflets to denounce North Korea's leader Kim Jong Il spread in the air as South Korean conservative activists at the rally release balloons containing those leaflets toward North Korea. Those activists tried to launch thousands of leaflets in balloons toward North Korea, but the balloons burst in midair before crossing the border because of strong winds.
