That Andy Pig love to squeeze every cents out of contractors, do you think contractors will give them a decent job on repairs and maintenance? Contractors evetually tender higher price to meet the pigs demand and to cater for their profits. Ask any contractors that had been there before, they will tell you NTU is wasting $$$ by jacking up fees on students. Pig thinks he own NTU.
