a)non-partisan and not corrupted by the big fat salary

b)who is decent enough to speak out on the National Reserves

c) who uphold the Constitution on basic human rights

Nevermind, through they are not eligible, young voters want to change eligibility requirements.

The candidates are believed not to be interested in "fat salary", (b) they want to speak out and dig into the fat national reserves, and (c) they uphold basic human rights to clean water, free housing and cheap electricity.
