I am one who feel that Angmohs here don't deserve their fat pay package and allowances... We can also deliver the same quality works at a fraction of their grossly overpaid salaries...

The question here is not whether locals or Angmohs deserve to receive such bonus...

CDC or PA or TCs are NOT profits driven organisations but rather depended on our taxpayers money, why the hell did they receive such bonus? What kind of targets did they hit? How many people did they helped? What kind of contributions did they give to our society? How can they justify this absurd abuse of the money we put into their hands???

Unfortunately, you are sadly mistaken, almost every government or government-linked body has their KPI measured by whether they are self-sustaining, i.e. they need to ensure that revenue exceeds costs. The higher the profit, the larger the amount of bonus they get. Rest assured that the CEOs of the organisations you mentioned spend much of their time trying to devise ways of collecting more money.

Its sad isn't it. The other reason why such things have short shelf life is the controlled Press that decides exposure.

One of the things that socio-political blogs and online forums must not do is to tie articles that appear in the State Press or let the State Press decide its currency.

Outstanding matters that are not resolved must be aired periodically where answers that wrong, incorrect or are acceptable.
