So strange! Hardware fault that will fuck MYSQL up without fucking Apache up.

Apache runs on a different server which has never given any hardware problems.

Oh! You finally separated SQL & Apache in different servers, it was the approach I suggested a long time ago since the initial occurrences of MYSQL errors. So now in 2 boxes already.

Apache box I suppose is a heavy WAN load situation. SQL box is a heavy CPU+RAM load situation good amount of RAM caches the DB to reduce slower HDD access. These days RAM is more affordable already.

I still tot you use a single box, all in one. :p
