now with a high starting pay our kids cannot afford to buy a flat

they say when you drive a merc before, you are driving a hdb flat around
now the cost of merc with a very high coe cannot buy you a decent flat

striking big sweep at 1m before you can buy a bungalow
now at 2.2m you buy a condo
