Well, thats the privillage of the well connected. If Lo Hwei Yen was a nobody in Singapore, her name would probably just get a mere mention on media and soon be forgotten.

Funerals are suppose to be private as the families affected are already grieving over the loss. Yet the media brought the whole episode for 3 days running to every Singaporean's home. Constantly reminding everyone on the Anti Terrorism message and showcasing the wake like a big fiasco.
