everyday average joes and janes should be put into parleement. if the voted or walkovered mps there could not speak out passionately for the voters, the joes and janes shall do the job for them as ncmps.

these GI joes/janes preferrably shouldn't be affiliated to any political parties - pap or opp , so that whatever they blast out woulld roughly represent the emotion of the general citizens.
