Mbt not sincere in giving 2nd hdb loan

1st MBT says to give 2nd hdb loan regardless whether home buyers upgrade,downgrade or maintain the same type of flat purchase
days later he then change his mind again saying that if you want a second hdb loan then upto 50% of the nett proceed have to be use to redeem the loan..this policy will not help those who are not in need of money and does not benefits those who needs the nett proceed to repay debts.... LPPL... TKSS
SO FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY USED UP THEIR NETT PROCEED TO REPAY DEBT SO THAT THEY WOULD NOT FALL INTO BANKRUPTCY OR TO PAY PERSONNAL LOAN FROM FAILED BUSINESS ETC, THEY CAN FORGET ABT BUYING ANOTHER FLAT,,, BANKS DOES NOT WANT TO LOAN THEM , HDB DOES NOT WANT TO LOAN THEM .... BEACH ARE THE BEST PLACE FOR THEM,,,, FREE STAY WITH GOOD SEA VIEW

HOPE THE OPPOSITION WILL STUDY THE POLICY AND HIGHLIGHT TO MBT...

Downgraders from 5room to 4 room or 4 room to 3 room, will also need to pay a levy. People already cannot tahan, need to downgrade, still need to pay levy. This is definitely unfair. Hope the opposition can highlight this in parliament...
