Man trepassed women's toilet <!--10 min-->

AN UNEMPLOYED man was jailed for 10 weeks on Wednesday for criminal trespass at a female toilet and having obscene video films. Wong Hon Piew, 43, admitted to trespassing at the Great Eastern Centre toilet at Pickering Street with intent to cause annoyance to a woman on April 23.
Acting on a tip-off, police officers arrested him at his home on May 12.
His mobile phone was seized. A forensic examination showed it contained 83 video files of women urinating at the toilets at Great Eastern Life and Chinatown Point. He has convictions for disposing of stolen property and outrage of modesty. He could have been jailed for up to three months and/or fined up to $1,500 for criminal trespass. Under the Films Act, he could have been fined $1,000 for each film or jailed for up to 12 months or both.
