According to the man, the parking spot is jointly rented by him and others. Recently, he noticed that someone had been taking up his parking space. He tried reaching out to the car owner multiple times but the car owner would often come up with excuses. First, he insisted that the parking spot is a public one, then he’d argue that he was too drunk to drive. The list goes on…

After realising that the car owner wasn’t going to move his car, the man decided to hire workers to fence up the person’s car with barrier posts. Since the owner of the black vehicle loved the spot so much, his car could remain there forever. “I hope that he would apologise publicly, otherwise he doesn’t even need to think about leaving,” the other man said.
