SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a 35-year-old man in connection with a power outage that occurred at a sector of the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) casino in Singapore.
The power outage occurred on 12 May. Police say investigations are ongoing.
When contacted, MBS would only confirm that it had made a police report. It said it would be "inappropriate to comment further as police investigations are ongoing".
Some reports said the blackout lasted for about an hour.
There was a similar incident on 4 May, when the lights went out during a speech by the Chief Justice of New South Wales at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association's (IPBA) conference.
