Nasa is in a hurry to send astronauts to Mars by the 2030s, but a key question remains for these deep space explorers: what will they wear?

Spacesuits are in short supply and a replacement is still years away, despite a nearly $200 million (£155 million) investment in new technology, according to a new report.

An audit has found that while the space agency has spent lots of money and time on developing new spacesuits, it has little to show for it.
