Why you non-stop wasting money to build pedestrian crossing traffic light?

You got too much money is it, or becoz your engineer need to find some work to do and do not know what to do, so no choice you spend money to build traffic light?

Or are you die die want to win the guinness world record by filling the whole sinkieland with the traffic light pole to be world lumber one traffic light country??

Or becoz you want to maintain your annual budget but dont know how to spend but only do the simplest job - build traffic light.

Are you aim to achieve every 50 metre got one traffic light by end 2010?

You only know how to waste money, you think singaporean do not know how to cross a two lane road? Or is it LTA people are All Ah Gua, not able to cross a small road without traffic light help, you want to spoilt singapore people to be so pampered and finally cannot fight the war.

LTA got a hidden political motive to make Singaporean to obedient only to their system, everyday you must wait for LTA signal you before you can cross a road, like wise, by the daily training, you will only obey what gahmen tell you to do. vote PAP, or you will hit by car and die on the road.

That's the obvious thing that comes to mind. But....

Rapid urban growth in land starved Sg is not easy to deal with. Even if suggestions are forthcoming, other than fines, changes are hard to implement. Even when safe pedestrian crossing is built, stupid pedestrians still J-walk (after look right-left-right and then see no cop.)

Safety has to come first. Sometimes they work.

Safety first? I don't believe they care about safety, as long as I still see lorry pack with people sitting behind.
