A wedding caterer in Malaysia shared her frustrations with a newlywed couple that she provided services for about 10 months ago.

She said that the couple has refused to pay her the money that they owe her, amounting to RM26,000 (or SGD$7970.90), according to SAYS.
Her company had catered food for about 1,850 guests at the newlywed couple’s wedding, serving 2 roast lambs, 5 dome sets and 1,000 bottles of orange juice at request of the couple.
The couple then wrote her catering company a cheque for the total cost of the service, but the cheque later bounced.
She added that she had requested a deposit from the couple several times before the wedding but the couple told her that they couldn’t do so, promising to pay her fully after the wedding.

Just a day before the wedding, she requested money again from the couple, but they purportedly told her that they couldn’t pay her just yet.
The caterer felt bad thinking that no food would be served at the wedding, so she went ahead with the couple’s order; she also cited how she had never had a problem like this before.
It has since been 10 months since the couple’s wedding, and the caterer has not received a single cent for her service.
She then shared her story online, and the newlywed couple then threatened no to pay her if it went viral on social media.
The caterer has since reported the incident to the police.
