We need to compare with the best in the world not just the US where more people have cars. Singapore's breakdowns seem to happen during rush hours, when people need them most. That's bad news. I sympathize with SMRT folks who be bloody tired , but Singaporeans need to ask the right questions. What are the priorities of our leadership. If they are wrong we will pay the price down the road even if all is rosy at first.
