SINGAPORE - The police have arrested one man and are looking for two other suspects in relation to separate cases of loanshark harrassment.
The 26-year-old man who was arrested is believed to have committed the harassment by writing on the walls of staircase landings in the vicinity of Toa Payoh Lorong 5. Paraphernalia such as surgical masks, bottles of food colouring, caps and a handphone were seized as well.
Two others, a man and woman, pictured above, are being sought by the police to assist with investigations into another case of loanshark harassment reported in the vicinity of Punggol Central on Oct 8.
The man is bald, of medium build, and believed to be in his late 40s. He was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket over a white shirt and a pair of jeans with slippers. The woman has a tanned complexion and looks to be in her 20s. She was last seen wearing a black and white striped singlet and a pair of dark blue shorts with her hair tied up in a bun.
