Fernando Torres scores again in injury time
Liverpool 2 Chelsea 0
Scolari:
Said in a post game interview that Liverpool were the better team, that Lampard shouldn't have been sent off and hopes that the FA rescinds the red card, and that he wouldn't have had a problem if Bosingwa had been sent off. A very honest assessment all round.

Benitez:
Said that Liverpool were the better team and that they would have won even if Lampard had not been sent off, that he didn't really see the incident where Lampard was sent off. Did not comment on the 2 Gerrard incidents where he could easily have been sent off on each occasion.

Alonso pull off one of his tricks to get the opponent sent off. Referees should be wary of him as he's done that afew times oredi.

Rafa is absolutely right though. With or without Lampard, Liverpool were by far the better team and deserved the victory. I love the part where Bosingwa kick Benayoun off the edge of the corner flag and got away with it.

Liverpool and Spurs agree deal for Keane transfer

Robbie Keane has completed his sensational return to Tottenham Hotspur after six months at Liverpool - making him the third player Harry Redknapp has brought back to White Hart Lane in this transfer window.
************************************************************

At the rate they burn cash, who says Liverpool is in financial dire straits. They paid 20.3 million pounds for Keane less than 6 months ago and sold him for 15 million pounds last nite. The person who initiated the purchase ought to be shot. Last I heard, Dossena will be the next. Red fans should take comfort that any suggestion of a financial crisis at Merseyside is just hot air.

Portsmouth 2-3 Liverpool

another come back from behind win for us.
well done Reds !

Big deal, Luckypool won't last the pace , they don't have enough quality or depth in their squad to maintain a serious challenge.
A side that has title aspirations should be tearing the likes of portsmouth apart.
So tell me, how great is that!?

Was at the British club this morning n heard some interesting news.
This ex-liverpool player now sports newscaster was talking about his x'mas visit home to merseyside.

Among the things he mentioned was the board actually wanted to sell Torres to Man City for 45 million pounds since they already have Robbie Keane but Rafa resisted the idea and hence the ill treatment of Keane started.

Things are not looking good for Rafa as the board is backing Rick Parry in the current political situation there. They rather have a new manager in than see Rick Parry go

Wat the f*ck is the board trying to do?
Rick Parry tells Agger's agent take it or @X%$#@*&^%#@ !!!
The Liverpool CEO has reportedly told Daniel Agger's agent to accept the terms on offer for his new contract as they WILL NOT be held to ransom into paying above the player's value.

Looks like Agger would be taking another look at the offer from Real Madrid again :(

i remember when Arsenal under George Graham, was always winning 1 nil,and what did Alex said. But now Man Utd is always winning 1 nil and what did he said. And also when Chelsea under Jose Mourinho was also winning 1 nil, when winning the titles, again what did Alex said. But look what is happening now,Man Utd is also winning 1 nil all the time. Please brother Piew,do not come here any said all those things.
Why when Man Utd is winning 1-0,it is alright but when others are winning 1-0 or 3-2,then it is not alright.

winning 1-2,2-3 or 3-4 is always better than winning 1-0.

bro Himerus,
you are right about something.
when they are winning 1-0,it is pure brillaint defensive but when others are winning 1-0 and winning the titles, they are a boring and unattractive.
either way,it is still 1-0,so if you are saying that MU is brilliant in defend, then indirectly you are also admitting that the Arsenal of 80's under George Graham and Chelsea under Jose are also playing brilliant defensive game.

Liverpool supporter reporting!

The problem is that why when MANUre wins or loses, they get more newspaper pages coverage, but the other teams will not, when there are more pool supporters as compared to MANure supporters.

I don't care about the scoreline. A win is a win. it doesn't matter how you achieve it. Of course, a bonus will be that you play a beautiful game, however you still end up with 1-0 win. How is anyone going to fault this scoreline?

if only we can produce this type of form and determination for the EPL.
look like Rafa is more comfortable with Cup's matches.
the team that he put out against Real is an attacking team unlike those EPL's matches.

well done Reds ! .... You'll Never Walk...Alone !
