my goodness, got such a thing that a prime minister promised to bring case to international court to help citizens but didn't do so? So he didn't carry out his promise and can't be trusted.
this world court got no avenue for appeal? If msia lose, surely najib will appeal. Why is lhl giving up without appealing?
Spore also got china and Australia developers. They abide by Spore laws but msia think they are special. If this development charge is wrong then all developers should not pay, not just msia given special treatment.

LHL was DPM then. CLOB was LHL's idea. He threatened to bring Malaysia and Mahathir to Court. Guess LKY was wiser and knew that LHL didn't have a case against Mahathir. So LHL swallowed his pride and Singaporeans lost billions of dollars seeing their CLOB investment turned to waste paper.

World Court's decision is final. No appeal. Both sides agree to abide by the decision. So LHL lost to Najib and has to swallow his pride...calling it amicable outcome!! hahaha
