hello eveyone, i need some legal help about getting doctor memo from hospital.
does the hospital or doctor has any right to denial access me from getting memo?
my dad was at TTSH for some review, doctor from TTSh had wrote a memo to the step down hospital. i would like to have a copy for my record but the step down hospital tried to prevent me from having a copy. thier reson was this is P & C!. anyone can advice on this? thanks.
