Surviving manuscripts are all incomplete qurans. Uthman also burnt all the manuscripts he used to compile his quran. There was an event in Cairo, Egypt where the various qurans were standardized by 1924. That event can be googled using "Cairo quran 1924".

There are only 4 Gospels regarding the account of Jesus. The other books of the New Testament are not referred to as Gospel. You certainly have no clue what you're talking about.
